Ride of The Valkyrie

Robotech used to rock my socks off back in the day. I'd come home from boarding school on a Friday afternoon and make sure I was in front of the TV in time for lift off. Think I was 8 or 9 when we got it on our screens. I didn't even know what Anime was at the time or Mecha, I just new that Japanese cartoons were way cooler and deeper than the usual one and done American stuff. This was top of the pile for me followed by the likes of Pizza Cats, Voltron and Sabre Rider & the Star Sheriffs.

Strangely I can't hum the Superman them song without concentrating because I always turn it into the Robotech one.
