K is for Kid Flash

So this is my attempt at a Bart Allen Kid Flash, initially I was going to go with Wally then I found out that DC ditched him (shame).

I have no clue about Bart's personality aside from him being Impulsive (yeah I took it there), so I just imagined him as one of those kids who has to have the latest sports gear - you know the ones that don't care how much game time they get as long as they look good. The back pack is inspired by Wally's appetite and snacks in Young Justice. Technically speaking the lightning bolts on his legs are incorrect but whatever.
